As an entrepreneur and Adjunct Professor, Jung Park’s favourite quote, “Never, Never, Never give up” by Winston Churchill, speaks volumes to his approach to life and entrepreneurial spirit.
CERI is pleased to announce Jung as our 2018 expert-in-residence. Jung will join us from 3 – 18 April 2018 and will share his wealth of skills on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, forming an ‘A Team’ and personal brand at a number of events, including as a guest presenter for our Concept to Creation program. Jung has been consulting in entrepreneurship, design, branding, marketing, culture, user experience, strategy, and business development for the last 20 years. He also has over 10 years of experience as a start-up entrepreneur, teaching him about all facets of entrepreneurship from funding to operations.
Leveraging his experience from consulting and his passion for strategy and entrepreneurship, Jung has built a unique platform of services. Jung’s expertise in the realms of business, start-ups, team formation and the importance of effective communication enables him to provide the guidance, framework and toolkit to help entrepreneurs identify their passion, goals and develop their brand identity. He provides a full suite of corporate consulting services and his corporate clients range from global fortune 500’s to start-ups and from high-tech to non-profits.
Alongside his consulting work and speaking engagements, Jung also lectures at Johnson and Wales University, Denver and University of Colorado Denver and is an advisory board member at the Jake Jabs Centre for Entrepreneurship at University of Colorado Denver.
A passionate community member, Jung gives back by fundraising and working with the Korean Heritage Camp and coaching high school students on self-identity and cross-cultural issues. Jung serves as an advisor and a fundraiser for the Denver Harlequins Wheelchair Rugby team.
Born in Seoul, South Korea, Jung migrated to New York City when he was 13. He currently lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and two young children.
