The role of our Mentors is to share experiences, failures and successes, to inspire and to motivate those attending our Modules.
With such a vital role to play in shaping our CERIans it is very important to us that we establish a supportive environment for our Mentors to work in. CERI will be implementing the MIT Venture Mentoring Service programme to establish a nurturing and positive culture.
With a focus on Team Mentoring, together we will set out a Code of Conduct and Governance Plan as well as detailing expectations, roles and responsibilities. Working together in this way will ensure that those who are appointed have the skills they need to facilitate our workshops and become role-models for those who join CERI.
